Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash in the black trash can next to the garage
Set thermostat to OFF (November - March) and 78 deg (April - October)
Ensure hot tub cover is on, jets off, and temperature is set to 100 deg. (press UP for 2 seconds until flashing - then turn temp DOWN to 100 and press SET)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Scottsdale ordinance prohibits noise between 9PM to 7AM. Please be a good neighbor and watch your group's noise levels during those hours.
Do not remove the pool vacuum and children must be supervised around the pool at all times. Additional pool toys may be found behind the BBQ!

This neighborhood is quiet and its location is right in the middle of Scottsdale! Close to Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick, WM Open, and Barrett Jackson. We love that it's close to everything worth going in the Valley.

What makes this property unique

We love our property because it's a mid-century time capsule with a private front courtyard that I like sitting and reading or drawing in. The pool is also great for the hot summer months and the hot tub is great for the winter months.
