The apartment is located on the ground floor of a holiday home right on the beach and is easily accessible by lift. Three rooms are spread across a total of 73 square metres.

The two bedrooms, with large south-facing windows, are particularly bright. The first bedroom, which features a double bed and a spacious closet, also includes a TV and a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom has a double bed and also offers additional storage space in the form of a closet.

The living room is spacious and offers direct access to the beautiful balcony. Large windows and the double-hinged patio door with a screen door ensure that the room feels particularly bright and airy. From every window, you can enjoy a view of the beautiful white beach and the deep-blue Baltic Sea.

A cosy living area with a sofa provides comfort. The flat-screen TV provides entertainment even on rainy days. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for two additional guests.

All guests staying here can gather around the dining table for meals together. Adjacent to it is the open-concept kitchen with a modern design. It is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and numerous other amenities.
Of particular note is a second refrigerator that provides additional storage space with refrigeration.
