Newly furnished holiday home in the breathtaking Costa Paradiso resort area on Sardinia’s north coast. As soon as you arrive, you’ll feel like you’re on holiday.<br>The house is 54 square metres and accommodates 2–6 people (ideal for 4).<br>It features 2 bedrooms (both with a large double bed and air conditioning), a living room with air conditioning, a sleeper sofa, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker), a shared bathroom with a toilet, shower, bidet, washing machine, and a window, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and window that belongs to one of the bedrooms.<br>All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.<br>Each of the two bedrooms has a closet with plenty of storage space.<br>The house features a huge terrace (for the exclusive use of our guests) with an area of 50 square metres (30 square metres of which is covered), complete with a dining table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a grill. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding rocky hills covered with plants and trees. Behind the house is a patio (also for your exclusive use), over which the neighbouring house looms. In the entrance area of the house as well as on the sides of the terrace, there are well-maintained garden areas and strips of plants and trees. <br>You have free, high-speed internet access via satellite (Wi-Fi).<br>The following are at your disposal: 2 TVs with satellite TV, an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer, and a clothes drying rack.<br>There is plenty of parking space in front of the entrance.<br>The house was renovated in June 2024. There are NO construction sites nearby.<br>The nearest restaurant is only 240 m away!<br>The listed prices already include: bed linens, towels, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, parking, utility costs, and late check-in and check-out! You won’t pay anything extra!
