Un très bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré, moderne et fonctionnel, avec une très belle terrasse avec vue mer. Bien situé pour découvrir le nord-ouest de la Sardaigne. Un peu à l’écart de la ville, mais route très passante sur le côté de la résidence, même mi-octobre, et environnement rendu bruyant par les aboiements de chiens dans le voisinage. Le canapé clic-clac du salon n’est pas confortable et mériterait d’être changé. Il n’y a pas de volet roulant dans cette pièce ni de rideaux occultants pour utiliser ce couchage d’appoint, mais deux belles chambres avec volets persiennes et climatisation. Logement pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, car escaliers pour y accéder. Entrée et départs autonomes avec boîte à clés. Très bonne réactivité de l’agence de location. Je précise qu’il y a bien une machine à café Dolce gusto et une petite cafetière italienne dans la cuisine.Un barbecue à gaz ou électrique serait bienvenu sur la terrasse. Mais il y a un four et un micro-ondes, ainsi qu’un grand frigo, un grand lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un beau séjour dans cette location pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Logement propre et ménage final compris dans la prestation. Prévoir un supplément pour la location des draps et linge de toilette. La piscine était fermée depuis fin septembre. La mer est à quelques kms à pieds, voiture ou vélo.
