Die Wohnung war insgesamt völlig in Ordnung und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei und riecht nicht. Das einzige große Manko ist die Zufahrt: Der Weg besteht nur aus 40x40 cm großen Terrassenplatten für die Fahrspur, die allesamt gebrochen sind. Überall stehen scharfe Bruchkanten hoch, sodass man den Weg vor der Fahrt erst zu Fuß nach Hindernissen absuchen muss. An einer Stelle haben frühere Gäste sogar extra Platten untergelegt, damit man mit dem Unterboden nicht aufsetzt. Die Zufahrt ist eigentlich nur mit einem Geländewagen machbar. Wer mit einem normalen Pkw wie einem 3er-BMW oder Audi A4 anreist, muss an der Hauptstraße parken und die letzten 20 Meter zu Fuß gehen.
