Da die Ferienwohnung die Woche zuvor nicht vermietet war, wurde die Heizung herunter gedreht, wodurch auch die Wohnung sehr ausgekühlt war. Da es tagsüber und auch nachts sehr kalt war, hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis es einigermaßen warm in den Räumen wurde. Daher sollte in der kälteren Jahreszeit mindestens einen Tag vorher die Heizung wieder aufgedreht werden.Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Stufe, die quer durch die Wohnung verläuft, was recht gefährlich ist, da man darüber stolpern kann.Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung sehr schön und empfehlenswert.
