Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Rinse all beach equipment (chairs, games, etc) and return to garage storage location.
Rinse Can Am and golf cart thoroughly if used.
Cover grill back up if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful experience at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect, offering a clear view of the ocean and incredibly easy access to the beach. The home was spotless and felt brand new, with beautiful decor and very comfortable beds and furniture throughout. We especially loved the great TVs and the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for our stay.David was also great to work with; he was very friendly and made communication easy throughout the entire process.A huge plus was the beach equipment; everything was clean and conveniently stored in a very nice enclosed garage. We also opted to add the side-by-side vehicle, which was a fantastic addition and made getting to and from the beach a breeze. Overall, this was a relaxing and high-quality experience. We highly recommend this home!
