Res. Wischuer WE 11: modern and friendly 2-room apartment with conservatory

This bright and welcoming 2-room apartment (approx. 49 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, and a large dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room, you have access to the light-filled sunroom (facing south) with another seating area consisting of a bench, 2 chairs, and a large dining table. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi.

The open and spacious kitchen area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. There is another TV available here. Additional blackout curtains on the windows ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.

The modern bathroom features a shower with a clear glass shower enclosure and a low, senior-friendly entry, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

From 1 September through May 31 of each year, a small wellness area in the apartment complex’s basement is available to you free of charge, featuring a Finnish log sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a rain shower, and a relaxation area. These invite you to relax and warm up after a brisk walk on the beach.

The holiday apartment has its own washing machine built into the kitchen. Additional communal washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be used free of charge by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can also be parked in bike racks right in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a local bike rental shop if you’re interested. Upon request, the bikes can also be delivered and picked up for you.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor areas for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
