The detached villa is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the woods and its quiet location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities and terrace.

Malinska. The villa is located on a 300 sqm open garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
