As we are nearing retirement age, we returned to the area from DFW a few years ago to enjoy a more slow-paced lifestyle and a change of scenery. We enjoy gardening and selling vinyl at our store, Goingsnake Records & Vintage, a walkable distance from home. We enjoy hosting because we have a hidden gem of a property that people find comfortable and convenient.

We chose this quiet neighborhood because of the family history of the main house and its location near downtown Tahlequah and Northeastern State University's fitness center and disc golf course.

What makes this property unique

The main house is a beautiful historical structure with gardens surrounding it, While the apartment building is "in the backyard", it has a private entrance on the lane behind the principal residence, and each apartment has many custom and built-in features.
