Private, Rustic Brick Cottage w/ Pool in North Augusta, Pets ok, Near Aiken S.C.

Enjoy a fully detached brick cottage on a private, quiet property in Belvedere/North Augusta. This is a large studio with defined (queen) bedroom, living/dining and desk areas as well as a fully stocked kitchen and shower bathroom. Rustic character throughout: exposed brick walls, wood-planked vaulted ceilings, new wood-look flooring. Built in the early 60s, the kitchen and bath still have that kind of vibe.
The living area features a huge, comfy couch that can easily sleep an extra guest or child. The big screen tv has a wide variety of program options and there is excellent wifi.
Step outside to the private pool, gazebo and grill in the fully enclosed, landscaped backyard, plus off-street parking. One pet welcome — our resident golden retriever Jackson and house cat are easygoing, super friendly and used to guests.
We’re a few miles from the beautiful North Augusta Greenway — 7+ miles of paved trail on an original rail corridor, shaded by dense tree cover and lush foliage along much of the route — great for walking, running, and biking.”
Golf fans are close to Augusta National (10 miles) and several public courses (Forest Hills Golf Club, West Lake). Aiken, S.C. (18 miles) offers Hopeland Gardens, the Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame, and Hitchcock Woods. Enjoy Aiken’s vibrant arts, dining and shopping experience – and for equestrian fans there is the Steeplechase Racecourse and polo fields.
Conveniently located near Augusta Medical District (7 miles)— the cluster around 15th Street that includes Augusta University Medical Center (AU Health), Children’s Hospital of Georgia, University Hospital, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, and the Medical College of Georgia campus.
