We are renting a luxury four-bedroom apartment for up to 11 people. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, Bedroom 2 has two single beds, the living room/bedroom has a large sleeper sofa, and Bedroom 3 (OPTIONAL ADD-ON) has a double bed. Three extra beds are available. The bathroom with a toilet features a shower and a bathtub; a separate guest toilet is available. Bedroom 3 can be booked with a double bed and an additional bathroom. The total size of the apartment is 136 m²; each bedroom is approximately 25 m². All bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with TVs. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a fully automatic coffee machine, glasses, dishes, silverware, as well as bed linens, towels, etc. There is a large car park right next to the building’s entrance, with space even for large vans. The apartment is located in the city centre; numerous shopping options, restaurants, theatres, a cinema, and much more are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. Bus and tram stops are a 2-minute walk away.

Ein „Schlafzimmer“ ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein „Bad“ ist eine Toilette mit Waschbecken in einem weiteren Durchgangszimmer.Ansonsten alles schick und sauber.

Wir gaben dort als Freundesgruppe Silvester verbracht. Plauen ist eine schöne Stadt, die sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die FeWo ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Etwas gestört hat uns das Durchgangs-Gäste-WC. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Können wir trotz des kleinen Mankos trotzdem sehr empfehlen.

Ausstattung war soweit ok. Etwas viele flecken waren auf dem Möbeln . Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt . Aber im großen und ganzen war alles gut.
