für Leute, die absolute Ruhe suchen, ist die Wohnung vielleicht nicht ganz so optimal, da aufgrund der gegenüberliegenden Kneipe, vor allem an den Wochenenden, der Lärmpegel doch bis spät in die frühen Morgenstunden ziehmlich hoch ist. In sehr warmen Sommernächten ist dann leider ein Öffnen der Fenster nicht möglich.
