This beautiful, bright apartment in the centre of Wangerooge can accommodate up to 3 people!
You’ll be staying right in the heart of the village, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops, and just a few metres from the gorgeous sandy beach!

This holiday rental features a separate bedroom (which is quiet and faces the back of the building) with a window and a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors.
The very modern shower room was renovated just a few years ago. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals and offers everything you need for daily cooking.

The exceptionally bright living-dining area with a sleeper sofa perfectly rounds out this comfortable apartment. In addition, this apartment features a wonderful east-facing balcony from which you can practically smell the sea!
Of course, Wi-Fi is also available in this apartment!

Der Kontakt, der freundliche Empfang und die zuvorkommende Abwicklung bei unseren Buchungswünschen..

Der Kontakt, der freundliche Empfang und die zuvorkommende Abwicklung bei unseren Buchungswünschen waren top! Die Lage der Wohnung, nur 3 Stufen, es gibt aber auch einen Lift im Haus, machen alle Wege ganz kurz! Das Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon, wenn man auf der Zedeliusstraße dem entspannten Treiben zusehen kann, ist ein schöner Start in den Tag. Alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Sehr sauber! Im Kelller gibt es auch Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Der Platz in der hellen Wohnung ist ideal ausgenutzt und die Einbauküche lässt nichts vermissen. Das Doppelbett ist super bequem und sogar höhenverstellbar, für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen sehr wichtig. Im modernen Bad ist eine kleine Stufe vorhanden zur Dusche und WC, dies ist wichtig für Gäste mit Gehhilfe. Wir ( um die 60 Jahre) möchten nächstes Jahr gerne unseren Urlaub wieder hier verbringen! Die Restaurants liegen nebenan und gegenüber, Drogerie , Läden, Touristinfo und Supermarkt ganz nah. Der Strand und die beliebte Promenade ebenso. Dennoch sind am späten Abend oder nachts keine störenden Geräusche vernehmbar, bei geöffnetem Schlafzimmerfenster kann man leise das Meeresrauschen hören. Herrlich! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt.Die Lage super.Die Fewo war gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen.Austattung alles da.Nur ein paar Sachen könnten für die Zukunft geändert werden.Die Vorhänge an den Gardienenstangen sollten in Ordnung gebracht werden.Die Grundreinigung sollte verbessert werden. Besonders in den Ecken des Bodens.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen perfekt. Es ist sogar ein Eierpiekser vorhanden, großes Kino.:-) Im Schlafzimmer gibt es an jeder Seite eine Leselampe und Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten an den Fenstern. Einrichtung ist immer Geschmackssache, uns hat es gefallen. Es gibt Bücher und Spiele und der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und fühlen uns bei Vermietungen durch Frau Babbel immer sehr gut aufgehoben.

Eine schöne Wohnung, bei der der höhere Preis aufgrund der Ausstattung und besonders der Lage auch gerechtfertigt ist. Lediglich der Fernseher und der Receiver lassen sich nur schwer und kompliziert bedienen.
