The newly renovated beach house is located just a few metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Adjacent to the fenced-in, secure garden is a path leading to the Baltic Sea.
It is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and is not visible from the rear. There are two parking spaces on the property.

The house features high-quality, light-colored finishes using organic chalk paints. Large doors open onto the wooden deck that wraps around half the house.
The terraces face south and west. On both sides, there are seating sets with comfortable upholstery, pillows, and blankets, as well as two beach chairs.

The open and light-filled ground floor features partial underfloor heating, as does the bathroom on the upper floor.
