Gute Lage und gute Raumaufteilung. Leider fehlt es an Sauberkeit und wir hatten einen Wespenbefall im Kinderschlafzimmer. Trotz geschlossener Fenster waren täglich einige Wespen in dem Zimmer, sodass wir den Raum nicht nutzen konnten. Hinter der Couch ist die ganze Wand mit Schimmel befallen. Wohnung mit viel Potential aber es fehlt an vielen Ecken das gewisse Etwas.

Schöne, große Wohnung aber für den Preis schon Recht abgewohnt. Gardinen Stangen locker. Pfannen katastrophal, Klebehaken im Bad fallen ab. Keine Waschmaschine.Lage ist schön ruhig, toller Blick vom Balkon.
