The child-friendly Fellner house features five lovingly furnished holiday apartments and offers space for up to 22 people. The house was carefully renovated in 2021 with great attention to detail. At the end of 2025, the main kitchen and the living room were also comprehensively renovated.
EQUIPMENT:
The newly designed main kitchen and living room of the Hilda flat on the ground floor form the cosy heart of the house. The open-plan communal area offers plenty of space for shared meals and sociable hours with a large dining table and numerous seating options. The modern wood-burning stove and the adjoining cosy corner create a particularly welcoming atmosphere.
The total living area of the house is approximately 202 m². In addition, the spacious wooden terrace of around 100 m² offers plenty of space for relaxation and spending time together.
A modern dining area with two large tables invites you to eat together and barbecue outdoors. On the two lounge sofas and sun loungers, you can enjoy the evening sun to the fullest. An absolute highlight is the Finnish sauna in the garden with views of the mountain landscape and the town of Brand. It is available to our guests free of charge.
The ski cellar with heated ski boot warmer for up to 15 pairs of ski boots as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer can also be used free of charge by guests. In addition, up to five parking spaces are included with the holiday home.
LOCATION:
The privileged location on a sunny mountain slope is exactly right for those seeking relaxation. The house is very quiet and yet it is only about five minutes' walk to the centre of Brand, to the golf course and to the animal experience trail.
In the village centre there is also the village railway and thus the access to the Brandnertal ski area.
With good snow conditions, it is possible to ski directly to the house – ski-in. Likewise, with good snow conditions, you can ski from the house and with a little pushing to the village cable car – ski-out.
A small stream flows directly past the house down the mountain – a little paradise that particularly invites children to play and explore.
With its unobstructed panoramic mountain views and adjoining meadows and forests, the house is a true holiday idyll. The spacious wooden terrace, facing south-east and south-west, with approximately 100 m² of space, invites you to enjoy the sunshine of the Brandner Valley to the fullest.
