The modern kitchenette offers everything you need, from a ceramic cooktop to a dishwasher. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer. Enjoy the sun on the spacious 16 m² balcony with a comfortable lounge chair. The accommodation is rated 4 stars and is ideal for 2 adults and 1 toddler (a cot and high chair can be provided upon request, but not bedding, blankets, or pillows). Bedding and towels are included, as is free use of the sauna and washing machine. Convenient amenities include a ski storage room, bicycle storage, and free Wi-Fi. Parking is available on-site. This allergy-friendly, non-smoking accommodation does not allow pets.

The visitor’s tax is €2.90 per night per adult (ages 16 and up) and €1.70 per night per child/teenager ages 6–15.
No visitor’s tax is charged for children aged 0–5.

Ruhpolding is a picturesque holiday resort in the Chiemgau Alps, located 20 km from Lake Chiemsee, 14 km south of Traunstein, and 25 km west of Bad Reichenhall. In town, you’ll find a supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, restaurants, as well as a thermal spa, wellness centre, and an indoor swimming pool. From Ruhpolding, there are numerous excursion options, such as a trip to the famous Herreninsel on Lake Chiemsee with its royal castle and beautiful parks, to Salzburg with its Old Town (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), cathedral, and the birthplace of composer Wolfgang A.
