This high-quality vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a modern, small residential complex with an elevator.
The west-facing balcony is accessible from the large living and dining area. The spacious living area is furnished with comfortable, stylish furniture; the sofa bed can be pulled out to provide a fifth sleeping spot. A dining table, perfect for enjoying good food and pleasant conversation, is just as much a part of the amenities as the high-quality kitchen, which is fully equipped with a Bora induction cooktop, steam oven, dishwasher, and all other kitchen utensils—leaving nothing to be desired.
With two bedrooms (both featuring box-spring double beds, 1.80 x 2 m, with full-length mattresses) and two full bathrooms, both with walk-in showers and toilets, the apartment is ideal for friends as well as families.
A private washer/dryer combo is available free of charge in the interior bathroom.
One of the bedrooms opens onto another balcony (facing north); it is furnished with a box-spring double bed and a TV and has direct access to one of the bathrooms.
The large hallway features an additional closet with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
The entire apartment has exterior blinds and underfloor heating.

- Only a 2-minute walk to the ocean
- Shops, restaurants, and the main beach are in the immediate vicinity
- Only in the “Royalsegel,” “Sail,” and “Genua” apartments is one dog permitted.
