Sehr gepflegte Anlage; Garagenparkplatz inkludiert; neue Privatsauna im Quartier; man kann nach der Sauna auf die eigene Terrasse zum Abkühlen gehen. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit (2 Stationen mit dem Schibus - Haltestelle ca 200 m entfernt; retour kann man auf der Piste bis in den Ort abfahren und dann ca 350 m gehen und ist beim Quartier).
