The new kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing delicious meals. Here you’ll find modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The new furniture adds Scandinavian design accents and creates a cozy atmosphere. The 180x200 cm box-spring bed ensures a restful night’s sleep.

Apartment B09 is designed to be dog-friendly for our four-legged guests.

The central location of Haus Bismarck 1884 allows you to conveniently explore the surrounding area. Whether you’d like to visit the nearby parks, shopping areas, or restaurants, everything is within easy walking distance.

The newly renovated “Bismarck 1884” building is located right next to the beach and Norderney’s downtown area. The 13 vacation apartments accommodate 1–4 people, and your four-legged friend is also welcome here. In early 2024, all apartments underwent extensive renovations and were equipped with new furniture and new kitchens.
Furnished with great attention to detail, each apartment has its own unique character and invites you to linger, even on rainy days.

Top Lage am Meer mit Wohlfühlfaktor – kleine Optimierungen wünschenswert

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer gelegen – man ist quasi direkt am Strand! Die hochwertige Ausstattung und die absolute Sauberkeit haben uns begeistert und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Hund der Nachbarn, der leider öfter laut gebellt hat. Zudem könnten die Heizung entlüftet und die Türscharniere geölt werden, da sie leicht quietschen. Insgesamt aber eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft suchen!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und der Platz ausreichend. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll fand ich auch dass zu der Kaffeemaschine sogar Kaffee gestellt wurde. Das Bad hätte moderner sein können. Einzig der Ausblick auf den Hinterhof war nicht sehr ansprechend. Unterm Strich ein schöner Aufenthalt.
