There are 2 holiday apartments in our house. The property is shared by all the apartments in the house. You have your own access to the lake, so you’ll ALWAYS find a spot. Here you’ll find absolute peace and pure relaxation.

Our “Seerose” is located directly on the lake with its own lake access and a private garden for the entire house (3 units).
The house is idyllically situated right on the lake on a large property. Here, you and your family and friends will have the place all to yourselves.
Let yourself be enchanted by the sound of the waves, or in winter by a fairytale landscape blanketed in white and the mystical fog on the lake.
Find peace and quiet after a long hike, a wonderful day by and in the lake, or a trip to the many towns and castles of Ludwig II or the beautiful mountains of Bavaria.
End your day on the balcony, in the garden, or—in winter—in your cosy holiday apartment with a glass of wine, and enjoy the panoramic view of unspoiled nature.
