Travertine tiled floors lead the way to a Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen, equipped with full-sized appliances and adorned with granite countertops that mimic smooth lava rock, inviting culinary indulgence while enjoying panoramic views of Hawaii's beauty just beyond.

The highlight is the spacious and serene lanai with its captivating views of the Pacific Ocean and beautifully manicured grounds. Lounge in style on cozy furniture as you soak in the warmth of the sun or savor your favorite beverage. Nestled on the third floor overlooking the koi pond is how this villa came to be called "Hale Koi" which translates to "koi house".

Many upgrades have been added such as smart TVs in all rooms, new mattresses, luxurious pillows, new indoor and lanai furniture, and decor. Resting in the perfect spot in the spacious living room is a comfortable desk and chair.

This suite is located on the front end cap of the Ocean Tower on the 3rd floor. It is the largest 3br/3ba layout with 1650 sq ft of living space plus 262 sq ft of lanai.

The Beach Villas is located at the foot of Lagoon 2 (Honu Lagoon) between the Pacific Ocean and LPGA Championship Ko Olina Golf Course.

With the lagoons and Pacific Ocean at our front door and the Ko Olina Championship Golf Course at the back, come and experience one of the most memorable vacations of your lifetime.

You may BBQ at our villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort such as Roy's, 'Ama 'Ama, Noe, Mina's Fish House, Longboards, and Monkeypod Kitchen. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one of the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Full-size and small appliances (blender, rice cooker, toaster and coffee maker), pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hairdryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Two grab bars by the toilet in the 3rd bathroom and new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors have been installed June 2020.

Perfect location for our family's Christmas vacation. Good privacy within the unit between the 3 bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen and common area. The resort is excellent with great pools and an excellent gym. The lagoon was also a favourite. Highly recommended VRBO!

The unit was amazing! The view could not be better and the floor plan was perfect and accommodated 8 adults comfortably. The kitchen was spacious enough that everyone could make their own breakfast easily. We loved it and would definitely return.

This property was beautiful! Facing the ocean was breathtaking! The place was so clean, quality furniture, appliances, etc. Everything needed to cook meals. It was the best experience staying in a VRBO! They even had a gift basket of local snacks which our family enjoyed. The grounds were also beautiful, with the koi ponds, the clean pools, the fragrant plumeria trees. It was the best time and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent on every level. Property manager responds immediately to texts, and even helped out and got us what we needed when an outside rental company didn't come through. Beautiful view, ample space for 8 of us, convenient location. Wonderful vacation spot.

Ohana holiday trip

Avoid the concrete of Honolulu! This place was perfect for our family - we could tour; relax; swim. With plenty of space (and bathrooms) our visit with 4 older kids was perfect - we tried it all - local dining; at “home cooking” touring it turned out so well. Our property point of contact (Cherie) was beyond helpful before and during our seamless check in and stay. Mahalo

of the beach and the facility. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The dishwasher didn’t drain properly and I called our contact and the dishwasher was fixed within hours!! Would definitely rent this unit again.

Only critical of 2 things which are not major. We only received 4 key cards for 6 adults - would have been easier with a card for each person. Also, we only had 3 beach towels with 6 adults - same problem. But, overall, it was a great rental unit.

The best villa here!!

From check-in to check-out everything was amazing! Cherie was so sweet! This is our third time staying in Ko Olina, we have stayed at the Marriott next door and also Ko Olina beach villas. The beach villas are the way to go! This unit I believe is the best one in the complex. It’s so private and amazing view! The pictures online do it no justice! It’s so much better! Plenty of room and clean! We loved staying here, and can’t wait to come back asap! We had a 13 and and 14 daughter and niece with us. The girls had a blast!! Don’t think about it to much! If it’s available rent it!

Above & Beyond

Super delightful stay. Extremely comfortable for my family of 8. The unit is spacious and very well taken care of. Beds were comfortable, showers and tubs galore, beautiful view, spacious lanai with awesome furniture. Cherie and staff made check in a breeze. The resort is beautiful with two pools (one quiet salt water pool and a lagoon pool to play around in) awesome koi pond, private bbq grills, and live music by the private bar. The sunset from the room and resort area is priceless. Proximity to Aulani Disney Resort is literally walking distance. That was a huge plus for my Disney fanatic family. Overall plenty of unmentioned amenities and goodies you get when renting this unit. 5 plus rating in my books. As they say in Hawaii Aloha’oe (until next time)

A week in Paradise!!

How do you describe a dream in detail? Well, I will try to tell you. First off, Daniel the owner was so helpful regarding any questions I had prior to our arrival and had all arrangements with check-in already made, so that was a breeze. Also Cherie, who met us at the Villas and escorted us to our room and showed us all the wonderful things the Villa and the resort had to offer. The Villa was beyond my expectations and exceeded them in every way. Every morning upon waking up, I was treated to a beautiful sunrise and ocean views. I spent a good part of the morning drinking coffee on the Lanai while gazing at the beautiful property that surrounded me, and the soothing sounds of the Koi pond below. The beach, lagoon and pools were all added bonuses and were enjoyed by my family. My family consisted of my two teenage children, my wife and mother, as well as my brother and his family that stayed in another unit. We all can say for sure that this was a week in paradise. Be sure to get tickets to the Polynesian Luau next store at the Marriott, it is worth every penny! So much to do with so little time, but we will be back in beautiful Hawaii in the near future.

Perfect for families

Great stay and Cherie was awesome. Very responsive and helpful. The condo was great- very comfortable with the best view. Aside from the condos directly on the beach, ours was the best. Way better than the Marriot villas and a different experience than Disney and Four Seasons down the street, which are hotels. The only thing is the location (which has nothing to do with our accommodations). Ko Olina not as charming and accessible as the south (Waikiki) or east (Kailua Bay). Its nowhere near as cool as North Shore. Ko Olina doesnt have great dining options and the grocery stores are sparse. Since the whole point of the villa thing is to NOT have a hotel experience, a large Whole Foods would have made it much easier (the organic grocery nearby is good but doesnt have meat or fish; the Safeway was scary bad and the Foodland was so so). Another thing is this area is noisy- airplanes are whizzing by all day. You get used to it but its a buzzkill. All in all, great stay, great staff and site manager, great condo...just think about whether or not you want to be in Ko Olina.

No words can accurately describe the perfection

You don’t need to hear about amazing this property is from me. Everyone talks about the incredible home, how absolutely lovely Cherie is, and that they’d be back. That’s us too! I’m going to give the review as a parent with. 6 year old and a 1 year old and I cannot say this loud enough: if this property is available, book it immediately. Do not hesitate. Hawaii is magic but Ko Olina is another world. And this villa, perfectly positioned on the third floor of the Beach Villas property, is your oasis during your trip. We flew 5,000 miles to stay here for a week and we’re going to do it again. Cherie organized the bedrooms to have room for 6 adults and then she ensured we had a pack n play and a futon cushion for our baby and our little boy. *there is absolutely enough space for 8 people in this villa* with room for privacy and space too. Almost 2,000 sqft of space, and the rooms are all private and the noise control is on another level. You do not share walls. So our 1am and 2 am wake ups with the kids on the first few days did not bother any other guests at the Villas or our family. The oven channels flip over to hide all the buttons that would otherwise attract my 1 year old. The lanai is safe so I felt comfortable when the boys were out there with us. There were so many beach toys and pool gear that our kiddos couldn’t get through them all! The house was clean, extremely safe and comfortable, and spacious! Adult highlights? The sustainability factor of the air conditioner shutting off when you open a window is *brilliant* and made us exceptionally happy. Solid wood doors and features made for soundproofing so we didn’t wake sleeping siblings and parents. The open air pocket doors in the pictures do not do the view justice. And whoever plans your trip should definitely call dibs on the master suite, though there isn’t a bad room in the house. Book this property right now. It’s everything it says it is and so much more.

This condo was a great choice for three couples. The Beach Villas is an awesome property with a nice selection of amenities. It was very comfortable to stay at and you didn't feel over crowd as we have in past stays at neighboring resorts.

Property management, Cherie, was fantastic. The air conditioning doesnt work unless all doors are shut. That is only knock on the property. Otherwise great place and would stay again.
