Private: large garden 600 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) fenced (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach "Viareggio" 25 km. Nearby attractions: Lucca 1 km, Pisa 25 km, Firenze 50 km. Please note: baby equipment (included). Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
