Welcome to Spalt, the town of hops and beer, to our single-family home in a quiet, romantic setting on the outskirts of town, set back from the road, nestled among cherry orchards and hop fields, near the forest, along the IVV hiking trail, with a magnificent view of the Spalt hills. Our beautiful surroundings invite you to enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, and much more. This self-contained holiday rental with a private entrance features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a well-equipped kitchen-diner with a dining and seating area, a sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The apartment has direct access to a large terrace with a garden area, which is equipped with lounge chairs and outdoor furniture. A sauna invites you to relax. Free parking is also available for your car. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are, of course, included. A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking. Payment is made on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby bed (integrated into the children’s bed) is available in the apartment. A visitor’s tax of 1.65 EUR per person/night is payable on-site. The sauna can be used for a fee of EUR 8.00 per person. We charge a fee of EUR 4.00 per load for use of the washing machine. Final cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included. The tourist tax for guests 18 years of age and older is 1.65 EUR per person per day and is payable on site. The tourist tax for business travellers is 0.75 EUR per person per day and is payable on site.
