Modern, renovated 60-square-meter apartment

The "Zweigelt Top M" apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via the main entrance through the shared garden. The apartment is approximately 60 m2 and features an entryway, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and a TV with Wi-Fi is provided. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with the basic amenities needed to prepare simple meals. The building was constructed in the 11th century as a farmstead (outbuilding) for Babenberg Castle. It was later converted and expanded into a convent for the Redemptorist Order. The convent consists of 20 residential units, some with private gardens. In 2022, it was decided to make some of the historically significant rooms accessible to a wider audience and to offer them for short-term rental. As a result, the building now has a mixed-use arrangement of existing rental apartments and short-term rental units. A communal garden is available for you to relax in. We hope you feel at home in this historic setting. Ample free parking is available. Bicycle parking is provided. An electric vehicle charging station is located in the immediate vicinity. Apartments include bed linens, towels, and basic kitchen amenities. Extra beds, depending on the apartment, consist of pull-out sofas or single beds. Payment Terms: A prepayment equal to the total price must be made at least 2 weeks before arrival. Electronic key handover: Upon receipt of payment (but no later than the day of arrival), you will receive the access code for your apartment via WhatsApp/SMS/email (valid from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure). No pets allowed. A travel cot can be provided for a fee of EUR 10. Prices include VAT. Arrival: Access to your apartment is available starting at 2:00 PM. Departure: Please check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure at the latest. Contactless check-in and check-out via access code. As of 01.01.2026, the overnight tax is 2.60 EUR per person per night.
