Construction began in early 2023 following meticulous planning down to the finest detail.
The property combines a traditional architectural style with high-quality modern furnishings.
The handcrafted floors, custom-built fixtures, and integrated natural stone elements from regional artisans create a truly special, cosy atmosphere!

You can conveniently drive your car into the free underground car park and access your suite directly via the lift with barrier-free access. A security surveillance system and electric vehicle charging stations round out every comfort.

In the spacious suite, with up to 100 square metres of living space, you’ll find a comfortable living and dining area with a high-end kitchen. The beautifully situated sun terrace, just 200 metres from Lake Chiemsee, invites you to relax.

A special highlight is the private lake access, which you can reach directly from the house. A boat service for the whole family and friends is available in the immediate vicinity.

The luxuriously equipped kitchens are designed to inspire you to cook. For inspiration, we offer a selection of cookbooks by top chefs—all of whom are known to the homeowner and some of whom have even cooked here before.

The surrounding restaurants, of course, also offer a wide variety of cuisines, ranging from Bavarian to Italian to Asian.
