Nettes einfaches Haus, perfekt fĂŒr Hunde

Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Kein alter Geruch. Keine Klimaanlage. Sehr sauber. Unteres Schlafzimmer sehr gut mit Kasten. KĂŒche ok ausgestattet. Großer KĂŒhlschrank. In den oberen Zimmern gab es leider keine KĂ€sten und es sind nur GĂ€stebetten. Aber alles sehr sauber. Auch Matratzen sehr gut. Badezimmer ok. Garten sehr groß und komplett eingezĂ€unt und toll gepflegt. Griller ok. Vermieterin sehr nett. Sehr ruhige Seiten-Sackgasse - kein VerkehrslĂ€rm.

sehr unsauber: Spinnweben (teilweise schon lĂ€nger vorhanden) an ALLEN Zimmerdecken, zw. Bett und NachtschrĂ€nken, in div. Zimmerecken, Wohnzimmer: klar zu erkennender Staub auf vielen waagerechten FlĂ€chen, Bad: ToilettenbĂŒrste mit Resten und Gestank der Vormieter, Staub auf Spiegelablage, KĂŒche: Sandwichmaker mit Wackelkontakt, SchrĂ€nke öffnen unkomfortabel, abgelaufene Lebensmittel, Garten: HĂ€ngematten nicht verwendbar, verkeimte Auflagen, vergessene GegenstĂ€nde der Vormieter "ausgestellt"

Schöner Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Vermieterin hat uns mit einer Vesperplatte und Wein im KĂŒhlschrank ĂŒberrascht. Auch gab es fast tĂ€glich Trauben aus ihrem Garten. Der Garten ist sehr schön und fĂŒr Hunde ideal. Alles in allem sehr erholsam und entspannt.

Eher einfaches aber gemĂŒtliche...

Eher einfaches aber gemĂŒtliches Haus mit viel Platz fĂŒr 2–4 Personen. Alles an Einrichtung vorhanden, auch BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher etc. fĂŒr die ersten Tage. GrundstĂŒck schön bewachsen mit OlivenbĂ€umen usw., ganz umzĂ€unt, teilweise auch mit Mauer, idealfĂŒr Hundebesitzer.Sehr freundlicher Empfang, zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es Schinken/KĂ€seplatte, Wein, Bier und Wasser im KĂŒhlschrank, Trauben, Olivenöl und Wein zum Abschied – vielen Dank Frau M.!!! Kautionsabwicklung und Anmeldung waren ganz unkompliziert, L. , eine junge Dame mit guten Deutschkenntnissen hat hier unterstĂŒtzt und uns auch Tipps fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe, Lokale etc. etc. gegeben. Bei Fragen oder Bitten – wir haben um 1–2 Heizöfchen gebeten wg. Temperatursturz– gab es schnell Abhilfe, auch dafĂŒr ein herzliches Dankeschön.Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt. Tipp: Moskitospray oder Autan mitnehmen, wenn man im Garten sitzen will!!! Reisetipps: Ab Mitte September eher ruhig, teilweise haben Lokale schon geschlossen (z.B. die Pizzeria in Peroj), aber in Fazana gab esviele gute und nette Restaurants. Die Konoba Ulika oder die meisten Lokale am Hafen haben uns gut gefallen, geschmeckt hat es fast ĂŒberall. Meist konnnte man den Hund mitnehmen, im Hafen sollte er sich aber mit Katzen vertragen, die gibt es dort massig und sie kommen auch in die Restaurants ... Das Wasser im Meer (KiesstrĂ€nde) war auch Mitte/Ende September noch ganz angenehm und glasklar sauber! Tipp fĂŒr Autofahrer: FĂŒr ParkplĂ€tze sollte man wegen der Parkscheinautomaten Kuna–MĂŒnzen haben, es wird kontrolliert – freundlich und korrekt!!

Lage, Einrichtung, FunktionalitĂ€t des Hauses sind super. FĂŒr Urlaub mit Hund sehr gut geeignet (eingezĂ€unt, viel Schatten). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus in top Lage

Ein sehr tolles Ferienhaus in einer top Lage, der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, Supermarkt und BĂ€cker sind ebenfalls in der NĂ€he und zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Großstadt Pula gerade mal 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung im Haus war optimal, WLAN wird vom Nachbarhaus angeboten, funktioniert nur leider sehr schlecht, was aber fĂŒr uns kein Problem war (ein Urlaub ohne 24/7 Social-Media-Berieselung tut auch mal gut). Am schönsten ist der Außenbereich des Hauses, es gibt sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten, einen tollen Garten, eine Außendusche, Grill, HĂ€ngematte etc. Die Besitzerin des Hauses war unglaublich herzlich und freundlich, bei der Anreise war eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und trinken im KĂŒhlschrank vorbereitet und bei Abreise gab es ein kleines Geschenk. Im Großen und Ganzen können wir diese Unterkunft jedem Kroatienurlauber bedenkenlos empfehlen, fĂŒr diesen Preis eine absolut tolle Unterkunft in optimaler Lage!!! :-)
