In the house: WiFi. Public parking 100 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 20 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 33 km, concrete beach 20 m. Marina 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed, dining table and air conditioning. Shower/WC. No heating option.
