Private: natural state property 3 ha with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1.3 km, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Aich" 11 km. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and hand-basin. Sep. WC. Heating, solar energy heating. Wooden floors. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Pets are only allowed in summer! Barbecues are also only permitted in summer.

Gute Lokation für viele Wanderungen

Die Hütte hat alles was es braucht, und hat eine super Lage mitten im Ennstal für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Wir waren allerdings in der kühleren Jahreszeit da. Im Sommer könnte es heiß werden, da kein natürlicher Schatten vorhanden ist. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist wird möglicherweise von den vorbeifahrenden Autos geweckt.

Ubytování s dětmi

Ubytování bylo úžasné. Krásná lokallita, nebylo to daleko na lyže do Schladmingu. Celý dům byl skvělý, nic nám nechybělo. Měli jsme pronajatý celý dům s dětmi (2 velké rodiny) a mohu jen doporučit. Paní milá, jen neuměla moc anglicky, ale snažila se a vždy jsme se domluvili. Možnost od paní si koupit její domácí mléko.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen ! Es hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und man hat mit 10 Personen ausreichend Platz. Auch die Lage ist top. Von dort aus kann man sämtliche Ausflüge starten. Zu Fuß ist das Dorf in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen und man kann bei der sehr netten Vermieterin eine Kanne frische Milch Zapfen. Einziger minus Punkt ist die direkt angrenzende Straße.

Gemütliche Zeit in schöner Umgebung

Die Quartiergeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Hat sogar noch Eier ihrer Hühner vorbei gebracht! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Die Pellets-Heizung sorgt für problemlose Wäre. 4 Schlafzimmer, 5 Duschen, 2 Toiletten, ein kleiner und ein sehr großer Aufenthaltsraum bieten genug Platz für den Massagekurs, den wir hier gehalten haben. Einziger Nachteil: Die nahe am Haus vorbeiführende Landesstraße war doch etwas laut. Wir kommen aber dennoch gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in S. Blockhütte war wirklich wundervoll, es ist alles da was man braucht für erholsame Tage, einfach auch sehr gemütlich. Frau S. ist eine sehr freundliche und lustige Vermieterin, wir haben uns gleich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Velmi milé ubytování, skvělý přístup paní majitelky. Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku. Dům je u silnice a občas kolem jezdila auta dost rychle (a hlučně), vevnitř je vše dost slyšet. Ale nebudilo nás to.

Gemütlicher Silvesteraufenthalt mit Freunden

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Steiners Blockhütte - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt neben einer Straße, welche wir aber nicht als sonderlich störend empfunden haben. Unbedingt empfehlen würden wir dennoch Ohropax o.ä. für die Nacht, da das gesamte Haus sehr hellhörig ist, wenn man in einer größeren Gruppe anreist. Ansonsten ist es auch zu empfehlen mit einem Auto anzureisen, da Skigebiete etc. nur schwierig mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen sind.

Schöne Hütte in toller Umgebung

Schöne und sehr saubere Einrichtung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterinn die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. In dem Ort Stein an der Enns ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nahversorger, Bäcker und Metzger. Wir wurden in der ganzen Region sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Jederzeit wieder.

Erholung im Grünen

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir in der Steiners Blockhütte und unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Die Lage des Hauses bietet viele Möglichkeiten diverse Reiseziele zu erreichen. Möchte man jedoch nicht in die Natur, sondern einen gemütlichen Abend haben, kann man das sehr schön im Haus machen. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir können uns für eine schöne Woche Erholung und Gastfreundschaft bei Frau Steiner bedanken.

Super Haus für einen tollen Urlaub

Steiners Blockhütte ist ein wunderschönes Haus, von Innen sehr heimelug, von Außen rustikal. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und werden wiederkommen. An Platz mangelt es nicht, und der Ausblick rund um das Haus ist einfach atemberaubend!

Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ...

Das Haus ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Für eine 10–köpfige Familie oder Gruppe ist genügend Platz. Die Vermieterin freundlich und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Reisetipps: Die Region bietet Möglichkeiten zum Wander, es gibt durchwegs gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Kinder snd immer willkommen. Insbesonders in Sladming gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen (auch mit Kindern).

Urlaub ist immer das, was man ...

Urlaub ist immer das, was man selbst draus macht, und doch bedarf es einer guten Basis. Die Vermieter ... und ihr wunderbares Ferienhaus bildeten die perfekte Basis für unseren Österreichurlaub! Wir wurden mit einer herzlichen Freundlichkeit empfangen,was durchaus nicht immer der Fall ist, wenn man mit 4 Kindern reist. Wir fanden ein Haus vor, welches an Ausstattung nicht zu wünschen übrig ließ und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand war. Der Höhepunkt der Freundlichkeit war, dass wir mit unseren Kindern auf dem Hofl der Familie Steiner, mit eigenen Händen beim Kühemelken helfen konnten und dabei unsere endlosen Fragen mit einer bewundernswerten Ausdauer und Geduld beantwortet wurden. Liebe Vermieter ..., herzlichen Dank für Ihre Mühe und das Bereitstellenihres wunderbaren Ferienhauses.
