Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.
"Erikstorp 145", 3-room house 88 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Wooden floors. View of the lake. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 100 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.
