Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.
"Erikstorp 145", 3-room house 88 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. Wooden floors. View of the lake. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 100 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Der freie Blick auf den See ist wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Das Ruderboot war für die Kinder ein Highlight. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfbereit.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in herrlicher Lage, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Im Haus war alles Notwendige, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die ersten drei Tage war der strom von 9.40 bis 13.00 Uhr weg, da wir unterwegs waren, störte das nicht. Die Gegend haben wir per Rad erkundet, wir hatten sommerliches Wetter, einfach traumhaft, wir sind froh diesen Urlaub gebucht zu haben. Der eine Stern bei Kontakt zum Vermieter deshalb, weil wir keinen hatten, bis auf ein Telefonat wegen des Stromausfalls. Aber es hat uns nicht gestört.

Haus war wie beschrieben. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Netter Kontakt vor Ort. Der Elektromotor war zuverlässig aber Leider zu schwach. Benzinmotor wäre besser. Wintergarten ist bei schlechtem Wetter Gold wert.

Schickes Häusschen für Max 4 Personen. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett sind durchgelegen und der Abfluss der Dusche wollte am Ende des Urlaubs nicht mehr so richtig. Das Angeln im See ist schwierig aber ok. Mit ein wenig know how sind sehr große Barsche und Hechte möglich.

Haus traumhaft schön, wenig Fisch im See

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war etwas dürftig. Wir hatten einige Fragen, die nicht beantwortet wurden. Dazu: Das Angeln am See ist kostenfrei, es wird kein Schein benötigt. Es ist aber kaum guter Raubfischbestand drin. Etwas seltsam war, dass man vor Ort den Elektromotor in Rechnung stellen wollte, obwohl wir einen eigenen bei hatten. Zum Haus wurde bereits viel geschrieben. Das ist top. Nur die Dusche ist etwas seltsam. Warm/Kalt, Türen die nicht zu bleiben wollen...Das Sofa war durchgesessen.

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht

Tolles Haus mit isolierverglaster Terrasse sowie offener, überdachter Terrasse. Bei jedem Wetter kann man so draußen sitzen und den herrlichen Blick auf den See genießen. Großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich. Bad etwas klein und die Beleuchtung im gesamten Haus zu dunkel. Netter Eigentümer.
