Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 26.Nov.) with internal staircase. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 2.2 km, pebble beach 3 km, rocky beach 3 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
4-room house 85 m2. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus Carla hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub in Kroatien benötigt. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe, alle Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr gut. Man kann gut draußen sitzen und den wundervollen Blick auf Labin genießen. Sackgassen-Lage, somit sehr ruhig und sogut wie kein Verkehr. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, haben uns persönlich begrüßt sowie auch verabschiedet und sind bei Fragen/Problemen immer erreichbar. Rundum ein klasse Ferienhaus! 5 Sterne ⭐️ von uns!

Fantastisch!

Sehr schönes Haus und Garten. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und behilflich. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch. Der Garten mit dem erst ganz neu gebauten Pool ist traumhaft. Der Ausblick auf Labin ist grandios. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Staße hört man kaum.

Tolles Haus im Grünen, nette Vermieterin

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und nett und spricht fließend deutsch. Der große Garten ist mit Liebe angelegt. Bei unserem Aufenhalt hat es schön geblüht. Vögel sangen, selbst die Nachtigall war häufig zu hören. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit tollem Blick auf die Altstadt von Labin.

Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Garten

Tolles, sauberes und geräumiges Haus. Die obere Etage ist nicht bewohnt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen. 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir hatten genügend Platz. Das Sofa kann zur Schlafchouch umgebaut werden. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht. Badezimmer ist sauber. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Zum Strand nach Rabac sind es ca 3 km. Die Vermieter sind ganz herzlich, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Super Deutschkenntnisse. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Reise wegen CORONA nicht angetrete

Letztlich haben wir die Reise wegen der aktuellen CORONA Entwicklung dann doch nicht angetreten. Die Agentur stimmte zumindest zu, dass wir die Unterkunft an eine andere Familie übertragen konnten, immerhin. Der finanzielle Verlust war leider dennoch sehr hoch.

Richtig wohlgefühlt

Haus ist sehr geräumig, die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage haben wir genossen. Vom großen Garten aus hat man einen traumhaft schönen Blick auf die Altstadt von Labin. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto. Mit diesem kann man in ca. 3 Kilometern Labin erreichen (viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten, sehr schöne Altstadt , Essen gehen) und in ebenfalls ca. 3 Kilometer Entfernung die schönen Badegelegenheiten in Rabac (wir wählten den überwiegend felsigen Abschnitt, weil es gab.)
