Single-family house "Antoni", 2 storeys, built in 2016. In the hamlet Rimanići 4 km from the centre of Pićan, 25 km from the centre of Rabac, 25 km from the sea. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. 1.5 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 14.3 km, pebble beach 25 km.
3-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. Forced-air heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
