Agroturismo Sociano składa się z 4 budynków (1 w remoncie) oddalonych od siebie 400-600m i położonych głęboko w wzgórzach Tusci (pn-wsch Lacjum). Teren niezagospodarowany. Obecna dzika zwierzyna. Wspólny basen 300-400m od budynków. Dojazd stromą, prywatną, szutrową drogą 1,5 do 2km w zależności od wybranej lokalizacji z prędkością 10km/h zajmuje 10min. Zalecany samochód z wysokim podwoziem. Publiczna asfaltowa droga dojazdowa zarówno z Bagnoreggio (10km) jak i Vaiano (5km) mocno uszkodzona.

Absolut schön gelegene, ruhige Unterkunft in traumhafter Landschaft gelegen. Urig und gemütlich und als Top ein sauberer Pool, den man oft ganz für sich geniessen kann.. Einfache aber zweckmässige Ausstattung.
