Private: well-kept garden 1'600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (10 x 4 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 10.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, boules, terrace. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 6.5 km, sandy beach "Fréjus, Ste-Maxime" 30 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Abbaye du Thoronet, Grottes de Villecroze, La cascade de Sillans, Calanques de Cassis. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix, Lac de Saint Cassien, Lac de Carces (pêche uniquement). Hiking paths: Gorges du Verdon, Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet.
