In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop "Sölden Innerwald" 450 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.4 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 350 m.
