Private: terraced garden (fenced) with trees. 50 m long steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 300 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage de Trestignel" 950 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, sailing school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Ploumanac'h, Trégastel 8 km, Trebeurden, Lannion 13 km, Treguier, Plougrescant 22 km, Locquirec 31 km, Paimpol 37 km. Hiking paths: GR 34, 7 Iles, Ile de Bréhat. Please note: not suitable for small children.
