Private: property 250 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Centre de Courtonne-La-Meurdrac" 1 km, sandy beach 40 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km.
"Les Prés Rousselins", 3-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sleeping facility (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2nd upper floor: electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. nous avons été très bien accueilli par un hôte attentif et discret.Autour du gîte une nature belle et apaisante; le lieu est beau ! Le logement est très propre, proche d'un petit restaurant qui fait dépôt de pain et viennoiseries .nous recommandons ce gîte et sa belle région.

Sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus

Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier richtig. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die kein deutsch sprechen, was aber für den freundlichen Empfang mit Kuchen, Cidre, Apfelsaft und frischen Eiern völlig unerheblich ist. Ruhig grasende Rinder in direkter Nachbarschaft. Völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Wir waren schon einmal dort und werden wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten zum zweitem Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Wir wurden vom Vermieter wieder mit Cidre, Kuchen und selbstgemachter Marmelade herzlich empfangen.  Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Von hier aus kann man seine Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Normandie starten.  Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.  G. und B. K.

Schönste Umgebung

Nach mittlerweile drei Aufenthalten dort kann ich nur sagen, dass ich da immer wieder hinfahren werde. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es liegt oben auf einem Hügel, mit schönsten Ausblicken auf die Landschaft und Apfelbaumwiesen. Es ist sehr idyllisch und man kommt total zur Ruhe. Perfekt! Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Alles Nötige (Supermarkt etc.) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!!

Heerlijk landelijke locatie

Wij hebben hier twee weken doorgebracht en het erg fijn gehad. Fijn huisje. Ruim genoeg voor 2 volwassenen met 2 kinderen. Mooie, rustige omgeving. Lekker in het groen met veel privacy. Alle voorzieningen zijn in het huis aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf. Goede voorzieningen in de buurt. Aanrader!

La douceur augeronne

Gîte de grande qualité avec tout le confort attendu. Il est très bien situé sur le versant d'une colline, orienté plein sud, dans un environnement calme, à 15 minutes de Lisieux et de tous les commerces. Un insert cheminée feu de bois vous réserve des soirées chaudes au besoin. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les hôtes sont charmants et très prévenants.

Het was voor ons de tweede keer dat we hier op vakantie waren. Net als verleden jaar erg goed bevallen. Het huisje is erg compleet, de omgeving is prachtig, mooi uitzicht en lekker rustig. Als je de drukte in wilt dan ben je met 15 minuten in Lisieux. De eigenaar is erg aardig en gastvrij, we voelde ons meteen weer welkom. Ik zou dit huisje zeker aanbevelen als je van rust houdt, savonds lekker de houtkachel aan.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und passend zu seinem Stil eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und großzügig, jederzeit ansprechbar, hält sich aber auch diskret zurück. Er stellt sich auf seine ausländischen Gäste ein und spricht ein ruhiges deutliches Französisch. Kritik wird offensichtlich angenommen, denn wir fanden auch Liegestühle vor. Kleine Probleme (Wlan-Ausfall) werden umgehend gelöst. Das Haus hat einen schönen Blick und die Kühe, die ums Haus ziehen wirken beruhigend.

Prachtig vakantiehuis

Een prachtige vakantiewoning met een prachtige ligging in het heuvelachtige gedeelte van Normandië. Woning was volledig ingericht en erg schoon. De tuin was omheind zodat onze hond heerlijk vrij kon rondlopen. Als welkom stond er een heerlijke appelcake klaar met een fles appelsap, appelcider en calvados. Geweldig gewoon. Wel was het bed wat aan de harde kant en de tuinmeubelen niet echt comfortabel. Maar voor een week hebben wij een goede vakantie gehad.
