Wonderful stay

Stayed for a week and was overall happy with everything. It is a great location and I would recommend Cagnes Sur Mer as a place to stay - it is a lovely little French town. However, the mattresses in the apartment were quite hard and uncomfortable and on that basis, I would not stay here again

4 night rugby stay

4 of us stayed at the apartment for a long weekend, it was very easy to get in and out of Nice and Cannes. Train station close and main bus square round the courner. Some beautiful restaurants and shops to choose from and very close. Apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Montage électrique dangereux

Nous étions très ravis de notre séjour à la résidence le Crystal jusqu’à ce que nous ayons failli prendre feu dans l’appartement à cause d’un circuit électrique défectueux. Le balai était posé sur le domino (sans cache) du ballon d’eau chaude et a commencé à prendre feu avec le domino! que serait il arrivé si je n’avais pas senti une odeur anormale ? J’ai envoyé un mail à la direction pour avoir une explication. Cela fait une semaine je n’ai aucune réponse … d’où la publication d’un avis …

Sehr angenehm

Schöner Pool, schönes Viertel. Die Tiefgarage konnten wir mit einem XC 90 gut durchfahren ( ziemlich der größte SYV) Die Lautstärke gehört zu einer Großstadt dazu. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Personal freundlich. Wer hier unzufrieden war, hat noch nicht viel erlebt, oder die Beschreibung nicht richtig gelesen. Reinen Strandurlaub kann man in Niza nicht erwarten.

Réfrigérateur a revoir, obligé de mettre une calle à l'avant pour ouvrir correctement la porte. La porte ne ferme pas très bien. Pas d'occultant à la fenêtre de la deuxième chambre. Canapé moyen.

Costa azzurra 2024

Ottima struttura, personale gentile,appartamento ampio e pulito,bel terrazzo.Piscina piccola ma pulita. Consiglio vivamente questo residence. Un consiglio alla struttura:mettete a disposizione padelle anche più piccole e una cassetta per la scopa più alta.

Das Hotel ist nett,wenn man nur übernachten möchte.Leider kann mann nich gemütlich auf der Tarasse / Balkon sitzen da es dort sehr laut ist. Die Möbel/Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und es ist leider auch nicht sehr sauber.Das Personal/ Rezeption ist super nett und behilflich.Wir haben dort nur geschlafen und das wunderschöne Südfrankreich erkundet.Für den Preis ganz in Ordnung.

Tolle Wohnung, aber sehr laut!

Die Wohnung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, groß, hell, sauber und vollständig. Jetzt kommt das große ABER: Die Tiefgarage war der Horror, das Tor zur Garage ist für heutige Fahrzeuge viel zu schmal, Einfahrt nur mit eingeklappten Spiegeln möglich, die Parkplätze selbst viel zu eng! Hinzu kam, daß die halbe Garage tagelang 5 cm unter Wasser stand!

Très bon emplacement et une belle surface.

Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de la directrice de la résidence. Un parking très appréciable. Une bien jolie piscine. La propreté était correcte, mais sans plus et quelque petits travaux pour maintenir le logement impeccable seraient nécessaires.

Toller Kurzurlaub für kleines Geld

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Nebensaison (September) im Le Crystal und waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden. Unser Appartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Der Poolbereich ist toll! Die Empfangsmitarbeiterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen!

Schöne Lage!Haus-Museum von Renoir nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Meer ist gerade Weg 20 Minuten zu Fuß.Viele Supermärkte und Bäckerei In der Nähe. Das Meer ist schön,5 Personen am Strand. Alles gut gefallen-gerne wieder!
