In the district of Lido Altanea 4 km from the centre of Caorle, 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Santa Margherita, 75 km from the centre of Venezia, 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 45'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool kidney-shaped (700 m2, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, hot tub, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro, WiFi, shopping facilities, kiosk. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "San Donà (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 28 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Die Anlage war sehr gut, schön und sauber. Ideal in der des Parks und des Strandes. Einzige, das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher und interessierter an den Besuchern sein.

Prijs-kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Het appartement is sober ingericht, tweede slaapkamer bevatte twee stapelbedden, waardoor niet geschikt voor drie volwassenen. Strand verder weg dan vermeld in de beschrijving

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, nur der Personal ist nicht ganz nett. Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung immer noch nicht gereinigt, eine Stunde müssten wir noch warten. Erst 17 Uhr war die fertig.

Sauberkeit? und Garagen Probleme

Eigentlich wollte ich mich bei Ihnen melden. Dachte erstmal eine Runde darüber schlafen. Leider war die Garage nicht sofort verfügbar. Zuerst wurde mir ein Parkplatz im freien zugewiesen. Nach reklamieren wurde mir mitgeteilt das es ein Problem von interchalet sei. Ich war gerade dabei mit interchalet Kontakt aufzunehmen als plötzlich eine Garage gestellt wurde. In der Hälfte der Garagen lagert alte Möbel Baumaterialien usw. Sauberkeit Fliesen war ein gummiartige Staubschicht Möbel sehr abgewohn

Konfortabel, jedoch mit kleinen Mängeln

In der Ferienwohnung hat man ausreichend Platz, ein schönes Bad mit Regendusche und an allen Fenstern herunterziehbare Insektengitter. Das fanden wir klasse! Das Kinderzimmer war altersentsprechend sehr schön mit begehbarem Schrank unter einem Hochbett. Kleine Mängel wieß die Ferienwohnung dennoch auf: Küche sehr sporadisch ausgestattet, viele Türen (u. A. Kühlschrank, Kleiderschrank) verzogen, Bett knarrt sehr laut!! Geschirrspüler nicht nutzbar, da sich Tab einfach nicht auflöste.

Ruhiger entspannter Urlaub

Ruhige Ferienanlage, sehr sauber, Entfernung zum Strand vertretbar, Strandanlage mit Restaurant empfehlenswert, Pool ausreichend. W-Lan sehr schlecht, in der heutigen Zeit fast ein NoGo, Rezeption am Anreisetag überfordert, da Schlüssel verspätet nach erfolgter Reinigung an der Rezeption ankamen.
