Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Top floor: (spiral staircase) living room. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 135 cm with 2 sleeping facilities (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors, carpet. 3 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
