Bears Bliss Filth
Booked for a weekend. Wasn’t able to use the pool or the hotub the first night due to the hotub not being on when we arrived when it turned on it was only 62 degrees and had an odor to it.. The pool heater wasn’t working and so the pool was also cold and dirty. After calling the property manager it was fixed a few hours later but still wasn’t able to get use out of them until the next day. The TVs on main level are supposed to have streaming services but none of the tv remotes in the cabin would work the living room and one of the bedroom tvs to stream Netflix and the service guy couldn’t get them to work either. Nobody offered a partial refund for the inconvenience that we experienced the first night. Seems like nothing got serviced on a regular basis at this cabin and their cleaners need to slow down. One of the bathtubs on main level had spider webs and spiders in it and looked like it wasn’t cleaned beforehand so I threw our dirty bath towels in that one so hopefully they will clean it for next renter. Top of fridge and ceiling fans are gross..if the cleaners would stand in the loft area and look down they would see what needs cleaned. The door to the pool is also disgusting. The doors leading outside from the pool are rotted and unsafe for little ones. My kids all had black feet from the floors. Stove needs pulled out and cleaned under because you can see the filth beside it. We rent cabins every year and this by far was the nastiest one I have ever been in.
