Beautiful residence "Rutili", detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 houses in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Cervione, 6 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, 50 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 15 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Prunete" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
"Maison Gerard", 4-room house 80 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 1 french bed and shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Electric heating. 2 terraces, small garden, lawn, porch. Terrace furniture (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Schönes Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage

Sehr ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattetes Haus in Hanglage mit Blick aufs Meer. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und der Strand sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man ist für sich; die anderen Häuser haben ausreichend Abstand und man fühlt sich nicht gestört. Im Haus gibt es WLAN. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen.

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale pour se ressourcer. La maison est très bien située, et la plage est facilement accessible à pieds pour qui préfère marcher à prendre la voiture (20 à 30 min. La maison est au milieu de la nature et des orangers (mais pas isolée) avec une vue sur la mer (oui !). cela nous a permis de voir des étoiles et constellations qu'on ne voit plus dans nos régions trop éclairées. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par M. et ses parents. A réserver sans hésitation

Une petite maisonnette, simple mais très fonctionnelle. la terrasse ombragée est très agréable. Il y a un beau coin d'herbe plat pour que les enfants puissent jouer.

Wir verbrachten traumhafte Ferien in Korsika. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Das Haus war wunderschön und ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

eine zweckmässige und im Essbereich (Küche)tadellos und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft.Beonders toll die zwei Terassen bzw. Sitzgelegenheiten. Reisetipps: Moriani–Plage und Ausflugsziele besonders Aleria Ruines Romaines, auch Calvi, Bonifacio mit Zwischenstopp an den Stränden südlich von Solenzara oder ab Solenzara Strasse 268 z. Col de Bavella

Maison bien entretenue (il ne ...

Maison bien entretenue (il ne manque rien) avec ses 3 chambres et SdB attenantes qui sont un plus pour ce type de location. Concernant l’accès il ne faut surtout pas prendre la première montée sur le chemin indiqué par GPS mas la 2éme montée bien plus douce pour les véhicules !! La terrasse , du lever au coucher, nous permet de profiter pleinement du paysage ainsi que de la quiétude de l'endroit !! Conseils de voyage: Que dire que la Corse !! On y va avec plaisir et on y retourne pour en prendre plein les yeux !! La mer et la montagne ainsi que de superbes endroits pour randonner ou alors se promener en toute sérénité mais il faut choisir les périodes calmes hors été bien sûr !!

sehr ruhige Lage, Ferienhaus mit Weitblick aufs Meer oder aufs Gebirge.Eirichtung dem Zweck entsprechend völlig in Ordnung.Vermieter sprechen nur französich bzw. ist die Kommunikation mit dem Sohn auch engl. möglich. Kenntnisse in den Sprachen wären von Vorteil Reisetipps: Corte lässt sich über Aleria mit dem Auto gut erreichen, Weiterfahrt D 623 ins Restonica Tal möglich od. mit dem Zug nach Vizzavona zum Wandern oder auch nach Ajaccio und zurück sind ein Erlebnis.
