Very beautiful, cosy, rustic timber house "Vinterro", 390 m a.s.l., built in 2004, surrounded by trees. 12 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 79 km from the centre of Mandal, 84 km from the centre of Kristiansand, in the district Eikerapen, 3 km from the lake, 10 m from the stream, in the countryside. Bathing place. Private: natural state property 800 m2, parking at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Fiskland" 5.3 km, railway station "Audnedal" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 84 km, lake Øre 3 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km.
"Vinterro", 6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: open small living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 2 small double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Small balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Spektakuläre Aussicht und Lage

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit viele wandermöglichkeiten, direkt am Wasserfall. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen mit riesen Terrasse und spektakulären Aussicht auf Wasserfall. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Etagen, ( allerdings mit ein wenig gefährlicher Treppe), zwei Toiletten, oben mit wirlpool, der leider nur sehr schwach funktionierte und unten mit Dusche und Sauna und Kamin im Wohnzimmer, was an regnerischen Tagen unser Aufenthalt verschönerte. Für uns war es schöner Urlaub.

Nette Siedlung im Skigebiet

Das Haus auf dem Foto ist nicht das Haus, das vermietet wird. Es sieht aber so ähnlich aus. Es handelt sich um eine Siedlung in einem Skigebiet - im Sommer schön ruhig und gute Möglichkeiten zum Wandern.

Super Häuschen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es wirkt auf den Fotos ganz anders, im positiven Sinne. Hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen genug Platz, jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Bad. Würde ich wieder buchen! :-)

Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Unterkunft. Wir waren total zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Der Ausblick und die wasserstelle waren super. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

Ferienhaus mit einigen Mängeln

Das Ferienhaus liegt in toller Lage direkt neben einem großen Wasserfall. Dadurch ist es sehr laut... Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da, was man im urlaub braucht. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit der Küchengeräte zu wünschen übrig. Die restliche Einrichtung war in Ordnung. Außerhalb des Hauses lag hinter den Terassen ein wenig Müll und es war nicht wirklich aufgeräumt.
