"Spinnaker", 1-room apartment 40 m2 on 3 levels on 1st floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: living room with TV. Exit to the terrace. Open alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Small kitchenette (4 gas rings, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 8 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea and La Maddalena. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage und vom Aufbau her sehr schön.Ganz herrlicher Blick auf das Meer und La Maddalena.Bei der Ausstattung sind es die kleinen Dinge auf die mehr Wert gelegt werden müsste.Die gemieteten Handtücher waren unter aller Würde.Die Pfannen und Töpfe haben auch die guten Tage hinter sich.EinToaster wäre ganz angebracht,zumal keine Backröhre existiert

Sehr freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber, schöner Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Ohne Klimaanlage doch recht warm. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Wohnung für ein Haustier geeignet. Reisetipps: Viele verschiedene Strände im Umkreis von 30–40 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto. Palau mit Stränden sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Feine Restaurants in näherer Umgebung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in Palau.

sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr ideal in der Raumaufteilung. Bitte so lassen, würde sehr!!!!! verlieren, wenn sie baulich durch eine Trennwand verändert würde. Reisetipps: schöner Strand in der Nähe, ein paar Gehminuten. Auf der Insel Caprera, neben La Madalena, mit Fähre und Bus erreichbar, kann man in traumhafte Buchten wandern,Viele unterschiedliche Ausflüge von Palau sind möglich

Posizione della casa strategicamente comoda a 2 passi dal centro cittadino e da supermercati farmacie e bar. In pochi minuti si arriva al porto di Palau. La casa è provvista di doppi servizi uno comodamente di fianco al letto matrimoniale situato al piano rialzato. Complimenti alla donna delle pulizie per l'accuratezza. Bellissima vista sul mare con la Maddalena ben visibile. Consigliato vivamente.

Tout proche du centre ville et de la plage , la voiture est inutile pour des vacances reposantes. Le seul bémol , reste la température intérieure élevée .

Wunderschöne Ferien in Sardinien !

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien auf Sardinien erlebt! Zuerst fing es etwas kaotisch an, als wir um 21:30 endlich in der Ferienwohnung angekommen sind, "Überraschung " das eine Bad und das Schlafzimmer waren unter Wasser! Der Schaden wurde am nächsten Tag behoben, aber leider hatten wir dann keinen Strom mehr , was aber dann auch nach Telefonaten mit der Eigentümerin behoben werden konnte. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön gelegen nicht weit vom Strand und vom. Hafen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen umwerfenden Blick auf die Insel " Madalena" und die Bucht. Die Innenausstattung könnte zumindest in der Küche etwas nachgebessert werden! Zum Beispiel könnte man eine Mikrowelle installieren, da ja schon kein Backofen vorhanden ist. Aber alles in allem die Ferienwohnung ist weiterzuempfehlen.
