Small, rustic house "Chassezac", terraced. In the hamlet Le Chambonnet 2 km from the centre of Ste. Marguerite-Lafigère, 19 km from the centre of Les Vans, 3 km from the centre of Pied-de-Borne, 100 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: property 50 m2 with courtyard. Narrow motor access (via unmade road). 100 m footpath to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 100 m. Shop 10 km, bus stop "Le Plagnol" 18 km, pebble beach "River Chassézac" 100 m.
"Chassezac", 1-room house 30 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and fan. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, Gas stove, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: open gallery with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI. FR4659.702.1

Kleine Unterkunft mit allem Notwendigen. Praktisch arrangiert. Bademöglichkeit direkt hinterm Haus im Chassezac. Wunderschöne Landschaft. Optimal für alle, die die Ruhe mögen.

Perfekte Basis für unsere Cevennen-Touren

Kleine, liebevoll ausgestattete Unterkunft - ideal für zwei im Aktiv-Urlaub. Durch die abgelegene Situation direkt am Chassezac eine herrlich ruhige Location. Durch die Lage im Tal jedoch nur mäßiger Internet-Zugang. Auto oder Rad sind von Vorteil, um auf Touren zu kommen.

Charmantes kleines Häuschen

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin sowie Nachbarn. Hier und da ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden trotzdem nicht zögern dieses Häuschen erneut zu buchen. Traumhafte Lage abseits, inmitten einer Maronenplantage, mit direktem Zugang zum Chassezac.

süßes kleines Haus auf dem Lande

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem kleinem Haus in der Ardeche. Der Fluß gleich neben an hat jeden Tag für Erfrischung bei den heißen Temperaturen gesorgt. Sehr nette Vermieterin und Nachbarn die uns gute Tips gegeben haben was wir uns anschauen sollten. Auch Geheimtips waren dabei. Wir kommen wieder!

Logement de charme ardéchois, très fonctionnel, situé juste à la frontière entre la Lozère et l’Ardèche, proche de la rivière au calme et en pleine nature.

Propre mais trop sombre et quelle chaleur !

La petite maison fait partie d'un hameau, donc mitoyenne avec les voisins. Pas vraiment d'intimité. Tout est propre et la maison est renovée, mais elle est franchement trop sombre, un velux serait le bienvenu pour ne pas avoir l'impression d'être dans une grotte. La chambre en mezzanine est étouffante, même si on a pris le soin de tout fermer pour garder la fraîcheur. On peut se baigner dans la rivière derrière le hameau. L'accès en voiture est assez compliqué, car il n'y a pas de places attribuées pour se garer. Nous nous sommes pris un mot d'insultes de la part d'un habitant du hameau car nous nous étions mal garés par mégarde (bonjour l'accueil). Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit pour une famille, mais des randonneurs apprécieront je crois.

sehr idyllische Lage ,aber nur...

sehr idyllische Lage ,aber nur über eine schmale Bergstrasse zu erreichen,im Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden,man benötigt Bettwäsche für ein franz.Bett da diese mitzubringen ist Reisetipps: sehr schöne Wanderwege in der näheren Umgebung,Wegbeschreibungen mit Karte gibt es in der Info in Les Vans

Bitte Lage und Wohnort genauer angeben.Das Haus ist 18km (!) von Les Vans entfernt und kann nur über eine schmale Straße mit emens vielen engen und kleinen Serpentinen erreicht werden. Fahrtdauer nicht unter 30 Minuten.Der nächstgelegne kleine! Ort ist Pied le Born, 3 km über noch kleinere Serpentinen erreichbar. Hat nur 1 kleinen Laden und 1 ganz kleines Restaurant, die beide nur bedingt geöffnet sind. Reisetipps: ein must–have.. Pont d'Arc

Einsam gelegene, rustikal eing...

Einsam gelegene, rustikal eingerichtete, etwas dunkle kleine Steinhütte. Es kann auch kühl sein, um diese Jahreszeit. Gut ist es, wenn man ein Auto hat und gerne in der Natur ist. Reisetipps: Wandern, das Städtchen les Vans und das gute Essen
