Die Wohnung ist toll, nur ein paar Sachen könnte man verbessern: Unter den Betten oben saugen bzw. nach vergessenen Müll schauen. Wichtig wäre, den Matratzenschutz öfter zu waschen, sieht benutzt aus. Sonst ist es eine schöne Wohnung, würde ich wieder buchen.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen für eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar und nur ca. 500m Fußweg zur Seebrücke, Promenade und Strand. Auch der Wald mit schönen Wanderwegen ist nur 700m in der anderen Richtung entfernt. Die beiden windgeschützten Loggias sind echt klasse, weil man von morgens bis abends dort Sonne hat. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern und mit elektronischer Fußbodenheizung. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer ist über eine Wendeltreppe im Spitzboden erreichbar und hat einen verglasten Giebel. Wir freuen uns schon, dort bald wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Sortierung etwas unübersichtlich (weiteres Geschirr im Essbereich im Wohnzimmer). Die Küche ist sehr klein, jeweils nur eine Person zur Zeit findet darin Platz. Trotz der sehr nahen Lage zum Strand ist die Gegend ruhig (tags wie nachts). Die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft für den Urlaub.

Für Personen mit Handycap auch etwas schlecht, das man nirgends Shampoo abstellen kann. WC ist auch schlecht für Personen mit Handycap. Fazit: für gesunde Menschen super.

Ich war mit meinen Hund, 8 schöne Tage, in dieser tollen FeWo. Die Lage ist gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und nur ca. 700m Fußweg bis zur Seebrücke bzw. Strand. Sehr ruhig gelegen und schöne Nachbarschaft ringsherum. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer ist über ein kleine Wendeltreppe im Spitzboden erreichbar. Zwei windgeschützte Balkone, klasse. Ich freue mich schon, dort bald wieder Urlaub zu machen.
