Das Objekt ist sehr vernachlässigt und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt und nicht zu nutzen. Die Wohnung war etwas besser als der Außenbereich und das Haus vermuten ließ. Wir können die Wohnung zu diesem Preis nicht empfehlen.
