Te duur voor het gekregen comfort. Ligging appartement komt niet overeen met foto folder, is noordkant. Technische gebreken,kwaliteit minder. Geheel kan beter.

éclairage à réparer dans la salle de bain, cornière à fixer sur le sol entre le parquet et le carrelage. Carrelages fendus dans la pièce de séjour. Le plus ce serait : le wifi et quelques chaines de télé en français. Cela dit, bel appartement situé près des commerces et de la mer, très belle vue sur le port et la mer depuis la terrasse. Après rafraichissement, cet appartement mériterait un très bien.
