House "Das Serradas", built in 2002. 7 km from the centre of Óbidos, 8 km from the sea, 3 km of lagoon. Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Shop 100 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 10 km, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
"Das Serradas", 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed, shower/WC and electric heater. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Bath/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Un coin de campagne dans un village

Très grande maison de village, joliment décorée. Beaucoup de place, très fraiche en été. Très bien équipée, rien ne manque. La piscine couverte est toujours à bonne température. Mme PINTO est une hôtesse d'un grande gentillesse et très disponible.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec Madame et Monsieur P. que nous remercions pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilitées.Belle région avec un grand passé Historique et des habitants très sympathiques. Belle découverte a vivre en Famille

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location. Au niveau équipement dans la maison, tout est complet. Rien ne manque. L’accueil fait par la propriétaire a été particulièrement chaleureux. Cependant un petit bémol au niveau de la piscine. Il n’y a pas assez de transats ( 3 pour 5 personnes). Le carrelage n’est pas adapté autour de la piscine ( beaucoup de glissades). Et la piscine ne peut pas être ouverte entièrement, c’est dommage...

Actuellement, quatre transats sont disponibles et un nouveau sera ajouté à la collection . Les tuiles ont été examinés et il n’y a pas de fissure. Nous vous remercions pour votre retour.

Un sitio tranquilo, la dueña muy amable y atenta. Se recomienda visitar el pueblo de Obidos. Lo malo es que la entrada de la casa esta justo en la carretera del pueblo

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber, all...

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber, alles da, was man so braucht. Toller Pool, der aufgrund der Überdachung auch bei Wind und Morgenkühle wunderbar nutzbar ist. Sehr, sehr liebe Vermieter. Die Betten sind etwas kurz (1,90 m), das sollte man beachten, wenn man größer ist. Für uns war es ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die geplanten Ausflüge.Frisches Brot und Brötchen (superlecker!!) bekommt man täglich in einer nur wenige Gehminuten entfernten Pastelerie, ein Supermarkt ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Reisetipps: Tomar, Obidos und die Lagune, Saurierspuren in Ourem (Ortsteil Bairros), Lissabon, Strände in Peniche (in der Hauptsaison allerdings sehr voll)

Si vous souhaitez une semaine dé farniente alors c est pas le bon endroit Trop de vent !!! Régions à vent À éviter absolument !!maison bien équipée le strict minimum mais efficace . La Porte d entrée donne sur la chaussée de la rue En ouvrant la porte un pied dehors et vous êtes sur la chaussée En plus dans une partie rétréci donc tous ceux qui passe klaxonne pour avertir de leur passage un calvaire Pour faire dormir des petits Par contre terrasse nul Soleil jusqu'à 17h Après bah trouver vous un coin au chaud Parce qu on a vraiment eu froid la nuit De toute façon les lits sont équipée de grosse couettes Piscine à revoir' Impossible de la découvrir complément. La maison est pas adapter à une personne pmr Trop d escaliers !! Humide mauvaise circulation de l air dans les sdb Franchement on c est fait avoir !!!! Très déçut !!! De notre location Pourtant la propriétaire était très gentil et très aimable Mais le reste ne suis pas Faute de vrais commentaires Raison pour laquelle on c est fait avoir !!! Heureusement qu on était véhicule Pour bouger sinon On rendait les clefs
